Well there is virtually nothing else on the amphibian and reptile conservationist's calendar that beats the annual Herpetofauna Workers' Meeting (HWM) conference. Imagine it is as if herp enthusiasts are cast to the four corners of the land, in their own little wilderness, and then once a year they all come together to socialise and share their experiences and their love of herps. Well, that is the HWM.

The annual HWM will take place on 29-30 January 2011 at Park Inn, Cardiff City Centre, Mary Ann Street, Cardiff, CF10 2JH.
